The question that comes to mind is are you fit with your daily routine? Do you perform enough exercise of any kind, be it walking, running, going to gym, yoga, dancing and more? Do you eat the right healthy diet be it Vitamins, proteins, carbs and more? Do you sleep enough? 

Fitness is defined differently by everyone , to me FITNESS is a LIFESTYLE. It covers every part of your life, starting from your sleeping hours, what you eat, how much you exercise, what you drink, metal peace and name it all. Being fit means accepting to have a healthy life style, and a healthy life style is important for everyone since it helps us have high immune, strength, energy, it takes care of our bodies too! both mentally and physically. So its important!
Choosing this life style is not easy at all, and it doesnot take a day for you to see the results, it a process which you have to trust.
