Starting a clean diet and workout routines is easly said than done. Sometimes we decide on starting but we actualy dont know where and how to start, how to get the motivation to get us started and help us get in the habit. 

Today i will share with you a few beginners tips that will get you started. Keep following these tips as long as possible:

TIPS:

1.  Workout: You must workout for a minimum of 1 hour a day 5 times a week. Do not make         excuses! If you cannot afford a gym, go out and walk for 1 hour or ride a bicycle for 1 hour, or even do some workouts at home! 


  1. Drink water:   Yes water is very helpful to your body, it has very many benefits including weightloss and flashing out unwanted toxins from your body.   Drink at least 8 full glasses of water a day. For more advanced individuals drink a gallon a day. 
  1. Number of meals: Try your best to eat a total of 6 meals every 3 hours everyday. How ever For those on the run, full time jobs, busy mommies/daddys, students etc Try to eat at least 3-4 square meals a day every 4 hours. Your meal size should be small, i can describe it as a hand full. Also drink a glass of water before every meal to help you reduce your food portions size.  Incorporate enough vegatables, fruits,and proteins in every meal. 

  1. Note everything you eat:  To be able to track your clean eating, write down everything you eat so you don’t over eat and go over your daily calorie intake. Track your progress everyday! You can also do this by downloading an apps on your phone to help remind you on drinking water, or to log in all your meals.

  1. Sleep enough and reduce stress: Less sleep and being streesed alot can affect our body action, therefore make sure you have enough rest everday and always try to stay less stressed. The best part is working out itself will help you reduce stress as well. 

  1. Stay committed and Focused: DO NOT WANDER OFF YOUR PATH! Stay focused, always remind yourself Why did you start this journey ?  Do not lie to yourself or continuously cheat. Stay true.  STAY FOCUSED !

The question that comes to mind is are you fit with your daily routine? Do you perform enough exercise of any kind, be it walking, running, going to gym, yoga, dancing and more? Do you eat the right healthy diet be it Vitamins, proteins, carbs and more? Do you sleep enough? 

Fitness is defined differently by everyone , to me FITNESS is a LIFESTYLE. It covers every part of your life, starting from your sleeping hours, what you eat, how much you exercise, what you drink, metal peace and name it all. Being fit means accepting to have a healthy life style, and a healthy life style is important for everyone since it helps us have high immune, strength, energy, it takes care of our bodies too! both mentally and physically. So its important!
Choosing this life style is not easy at all, and it doesnot take a day for you to see the results, it a process which you have to trust.
